What Renewals lists

Renewals lists every current check that has to be looked at again: a time-limited right to work, an SIA licence, a CSCS card, a driving licence, a professional registration. There is one row per check, soonest first, across everyone in your organisation.

A row's date is the follow-up date you set when you recorded the check. Where you set none, it is the expiry date of the document or licence itself.

Overdue, due soon and scheduled

Overdue means the date has passed. Due soon means it falls within the next four weeks, the same lead time ClearDBS uses for its reminders. Scheduled means it is further away. Filter the Status column to see only one of them.

Record the new check

Open a row to go to that person on People. Record the new check on their Checks or Right to work tab; the new record replaces the old one, which is kept in the person's history, and the row moves to its new date.

Export the list

Export renewals to CSV downloads every check with a renewal or expiry date, with the person and their package. Owners and admins see outcomes of criminal record and health checks; other members see those rows without the outcome. Each download is recorded in the audit trail.
