Build your own screening packages

Industry packages #

Packages lists the industry packages ClearDBS provides, such as BS 7858 for security, CQC Schedule 3 for care and Keeping Children Safe in Education for schools. The ones for your sector come first. Each card lists its checks and says who does the work: checks marked You check, we record are ones you perform yourself; checks marked Not available yet cannot be ordered yet.

Build your own package #

Choose New package, name it, and mark each check Required or Optional. Required checks count towards a person's readiness; optional ones are offered but not counted. To start from an industry package, choose Start a package from this on its card and change what you need. Only checks you can use today can go in a package.

Edit a package #

Edit saves a new version of your package. People already given it keep the version they were given, so an edit never changes what was asked of someone. People you give it to afterwards get the new version.

Archive a package #

Archive takes a package out of the list you assign from. People already on it keep it and their checks carry on as before. A criminal record, health or credit check in any package still needs you to confirm it is relevant to each person's role.
