Use the AI workspace
Ask grounded questions, follow sources, manage conversations and recover from interrupted answers.

Ask a focused question #
Describe the screen, task or status you want to understand. For example, ask “How do I invite a requester?” or “What happens after I submit my documents?” A question explains; an explicit request such as “Prepare a team called Recruitment” can produce an approval proposal when that action is available to you.
Open Ask AI from a guide to carry its topic into the chat. The assistant receives relevant published guide sections and a limited, permission-scoped workspace summary. It does not need raw identity documents to explain a workflow.
Ask AI about this sectionRead and verify the answer #
Answers include source links to exact tutorial sections. Open a source to read the full context, requirements and limitations. A source link is reference material, not evidence that a specific applicant completed the step. Check the actual record for its current status.
When the model is unavailable, the workspace returns relevant reference extracts and identifies that fallback. You can still browse tutorials and prepare supported actions with the structured editor. An unavailable model must not silently invent an operational result.
Ask AI about this sectionKeep conversations organised #
Use New conversation when changing topic. Existing conversations appear in the navigation and can be searched by title. Organisation and individual histories are scoped independently. A conversation opened by someone else’s identifier must not become visible to you.
The composer keeps an unfinished draft in this browser tab where storage is available. Avoid entering sensitive applicant information. Send with Enter, use Shift+Enter for a new line, or use the labelled send button.
Ask AI about this sectionStop or retry an answer #
Stop ends display of an in-progress answer; the server may already be completing it. Retry uses the same question identifier so a saved answer can be recovered without intentionally posting a duplicate. An interrupted answer does not count as approval of a change.
If the session expired, refresh and sign in again before retrying. If permissions changed, open the record in Dashboard to understand your current access.
Ask AI about this sectionKnow which tasks need another screen #
Chat does not sign contracts, take payment, issue refunds, make identity decisions, accept declarations or release regulated results. It can explain where to go and link to available records. Complete those tasks through their dedicated screens and required checks.
Ask AI about this sectionDetailed walkthrough #
1. Ask a specific product question
Use the question box to describe the section and the task you need help with, such as finding a check status. Avoid entering identity document numbers or copying raw applicant evidence. Read linked guidance and verify the answer against the current screen.
2. Use a starter as a draft
Read a suggested question before selecting it. A starter helps you frame a request; it is not an instruction to change records. Review the text in the question box so that it reflects your own task before sending.
3. Keep advice separate from execution
The assistant can explain supported workflows, but an answer is not proof that a change happened. Use the dedicated screen or an explicit supported proposal and inspect its result. Payments, signatures and regulated decisions remain outside these routine AI actions.
Ask AI about this sectionPractise this section #
Open Help & tutorials, select this guide and choose Start practice walkthrough. Read each highlighted component before continuing. Use Back to revisit an explanation and Retry if a sample has not loaded. The walkthrough uses fictional records; do not enter real applicant information.
Use Exit tutorial to leave and keep your place, then Resume walkthrough in this guide to continue. When returning from practice to a real workspace, review the actual record and your permissions before making a change. Tutorial completion does not perform the underlying task.
Ask AI about this sectionBefore using this guide #
Open AI chat from the workspace navigation. Have the section name and task in mind, without gathering private applicant evidence to paste into a question.
Ask AI about this sectionWorked example #
Ask “Where can I see the next step for a check?” Read the cited guide and compare it with the check screen. An explanatory answer does not update the check.
Ask AI about this sectionGuided component walkthrough #
Each component has one short guided step. Read the explanation, then choose Next; Back revisits the previous component. The cursor only demonstrates useful navigation or an explicit action. Replay action repeats that demonstration, and Skip animation keeps the explanation. Use this written guide for feature details.
Ask a question
- Ask a question: Use this question box to ask about the product and its workflows. The assistant can draw on written guidance and link supporting sections. Review those references and the current screen; an AI answer can still be mistaken and does not itself change a record.
- The message composer: Write one clear question in the composer, including the section or sample reference if relevant. Avoid private identity details. Review your wording before choosing to send it.
- Ask a specific product question: Use the question box to describe the section and the task you need help with, such as finding a check status. Avoid entering identity document numbers or copying raw applicant evidence. Read linked guidance and verify the answer against the current screen.
Starter questions
- Starter questions: A few openers chosen for your account type. Selecting one drops it into the question box.
- Use a starter as a draft: Read a suggested question before selecting it. A starter helps you frame a request; it is not an instruction to change records. Review the text in the question box so that it reflects your own task before sending.
What the assistant will not do
- What the assistant will not do: Emails, payments and regulated decisions stay in their own screens. The demo makes none of them.
- Review the boundary notice: Read the assistant boundary notice before relying on an answer. Advice can explain the product, but a suggested action still needs the appropriate review and permission.
- Keep advice separate from execution: The assistant can explain supported workflows, but an answer is not proof that a change happened. Use the dedicated screen or an explicit supported proposal and inspect its result. Payments, signatures and regulated decisions remain outside these routine AI actions.
